How to research Cingular plans in your area:
- Go to Koolphone and click on "shop by carriers".
- Enter your zip code (or if you're moving, the zip code you want to know about coverage in).
- Select Cingular from the carriers available.
- Compare the plans available in your zip code are according to Plan Name, Plan Type, Price, Plan Minutes, Night & Weekend usage, Wirefly Market Coverage Rating, JD Power Customer Care Cost Rating, and JD Power Service Plan Rating.
- Select several and click on "compare" to check out in depth the plans you are most interested in.
Example: zip code 91040. Cingular wireless has a multitude of plans. If you don't plan on using your cell phone a lot, choose the cheaper plans by selecting them in the left hand column, then click on "compare".
